Chestnut-sided Warbler perched on a lichen covered branch
Chestnut-sided Warbler (Dendroica pensylvanica/Setophaga pensylvanica) sitting on a lichen covered branch. This male is in breeding plumage in early spring. A bird of second growth forests, the male is unmistakeable in alternate plumage.
